Jeff Peel (Managing Director) is a B2B marketing specialist with a particular focus on enterprise software, digital content, mobile/telecoms software and CRM. His clients have included 3Com, IBM, Hewlett Packard, BT – as well as many early to mid-stage software firms, government departments and ‘digital content’ companies.
He is the author of a book on CRM (Butterworth 2002) and is a former VP Marketing for a CRM software firm – Amacis – acquired by ATG in 2004. Jeff is also a former Head of Marketing Communications for a division of 3Com and was Interim Head of Marketing for Aepona (the Telecoms software company).
Jeff was also a Director in two of the world’s leading market research consultancies – one based in London and the other in New York (Research International (RI), London and Roper ASW, Princeton, New Jersey). He sat on the Board of RI Specialist Units in London and on the RI Group IT Strategy Committee.
Jeff has an Honours Degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Belfast and is a full Member of the Market Research Society. He also holds the Society’s Diploma in Market Research.
